Welcome back to what’s for tea! And I hope you’re having a fab day so far!

Tonight for tea I made this AMAZING one pot slow cooker meal :) Cheesy penne pasta with chicken! It was so delicious and well worth a try if you like these simple (but delicious!) slow cooker dinners. Comfort food at its best…fuss free too. Really hope you give this one a go folks.

Makes enough for 4 people

2 standard size cans of chicken soup (one condensed and one regular)
100ml (half cup) Chicken stock/broth
120g (1 & 1/2 cups) Sliced mushrooms
One small finely diced onion
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper, teaspoon salt, 6 tablespoons of the herbs of your choice (dill/tarragon & thyme work well)
Chicken breasts 2-3
200ml (1 cup) Sour cream
250g (2 cups) Grated cheddar cheese
Cooked penne pasta - Amount will depend on you and how much you want to use :)
