How to straight arm pulldown in 5 easy steps. 🔥

This is an incredible exercise to isolate the lats and when done properly. 🙌

Here are some simple steps:
🔥 Grab the bar with a wide grip
🔥 Step back
🔥 Lean forward and keep your chest angled towards the ground
🔥 Keep your arms straight and pull from your lats
🔥 Pull your hands down towards the ground with each rep
