Exercises to Fix Shoulder Pain ✅ #shorts

I do them before every single upper body workout, and find they open up the chest, shoulders, etc nicely.

Some things to remember:
✅ Start with your feet shoulder width apart
Grab the band slightly wider than shoulder width apart
✅ Engage your core, and keep your shoulders relaxed and down, away from your ears.
✅ Begin by retracting your shoulder blades (Bringing them together) without bending your elbows. Imagine squeezing a pencil between your shoulder blades.
