Oil Free One Pot Chicken Curry Here’s how to whip up a flavorful chicken curry in no time!

Ingredients:

500g bone-in chicken thighs
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 ½ tsp garam masala
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 green chili (slit)
1 small tomato (chopped)
1 small onion (sliced)
Salt to taste
A handful of coriander leaves (chopped) Increase the spice level if you like
Optional: A splash of water
Instructions:
1️⃣ Marinate: In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, yogurt, green chili, tomato, onion, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.

2️⃣ Cook:

In a Crockpot: Add the marinated chicken to the pot and cook for 30 minutes.
In a Pressure Cooker: Add the chicken to an Indian pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles on medium heat. Then lower the heat and let it cook for an additional 10 minutes.
🔸 Tip: Add very little or no water, as the chicken releases its own juices during cooking.

3️⃣ Garnish: Once done, sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice and a side salad for a complete, comforting meal. Enjoy! 🍛
