💪 Protein Bliss Balls to Power Your Day! 💪

Looking for a healthy snack packed with protein and flavour? These protein bliss balls are the perfect pick me up snack! Easy to make and perfect for meal-prep. 🙌

✨ Ingredients:

1.5 cups (250g) roasted unsalted supreme mixed nuts (I got this from the bulk section of the supermarket and it consists of almonds, cashews, walnuts, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts and macadamia nuts)
4 dates
1.5 scoops of protein powder (I use @nothingnaughty's Whey Protein Isolate)
Fragrance-free coconut oil (for rolling)
👩‍🍳 How to:

Roast the nuts to bring out their flavour, then let them cool.
Blend the nuts and dates until smooth—watch the natural oils do their magic!
Mix in the protein powder and combine well.
Grease your palms lightly with coconut oil, roll into bliss balls (I made about 14) and store in an airtight container.
