Seized & Dead Double Shaft Blower Motor in old Carrier 58SSB120 Gas Furnace Replaced

Last week the double shafted blower motor inside this old Carrier 58SSB120 gas furnace seized up and died, which caused the central AC evaporator coil to freeze up. Luckily the homeowner was smart enough to turn off the system to prevent further damage. Unfortunately, this motor was locally available and needed to be ordered for next day overnight delivery. Making matter worse, upon arrival we tested the shaft and she didn't rotate! DOA motor!!
