Central AC System Not Cooling Found Multiple Issues & Valuable Important Lesson Learned - Feedback

"It just stopped working yesterday", the tenant said. Another Friday morning Central AC service call, looks like an easy job so we can give them AC for the weekend. Right? Wrong! I found one issue after another. First the dual cap was 8 months pregnant. Then the condensing coil was dirty. Finalizing up the job and typing up the invoice, why isn't it discharging hot air? Hummm....
