Carrier Commercial Rooftop Unit Not Cooling - Low Refrigerant R22 - Leak Found & Fixed

Carrier commercial building RTU not cooling. Low Freon R22. Took the unit apart and found the leak. Then repaired it. Done. Client was given 3 options: (1) replace the unit - she's R22 (2) replace the evaporator coil, (3) repair the pinhole leak in the coil.
