Both Ashwagandha and tongkat ali root are both powerful roots which are mostly consumed in power format. Both are great but it depends on your goals, my current goals align more with ashwaganda and tongkat ali so i combine them both, so although this video compares them in a VS format, there is nothing stopping you from mixing the two.
