Healthy Vietnamese Recipes | Vietnamese Bento Boxes | Hanoi Fish | Healthy Asian Meal Prep Ep 24.

Hey guys! In this video we make a Vietnamese dish called Hanoi Fried Fish and we decided to meal prep it for the week. By using an air fryer, we can minimize the fat calories as we don't need to fry these in oil like the original recipe calls for. By using our method, you get a super flavorful dish while keeping it well within the bounds of a healthy meal. Ingredients and recipe will be written down below. Ingredient List:
1lb Tilapia
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Minced Shallots
1 Tbsp Turmeric
3 Tbsp Monkfruit Sweetener
1/4 Cup Fish Sauce
1/3 Cup Corn Starch
2 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 Large Sprig of Dill
3 Large Sprigs of Green Onions

Recipe:
1. Prep fish by cutting into bite sized pieces.
2. Make marinade:
1 tbps oil, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp shallots, 1 tbsp turmeric, 3 tbsp monkfruit sweetener, 1/4 cup fish sauce. Mix well
3. Add fish and marinate for an hour or more (up to 3 hours)
4. Put in air fryer @ 350F/177C for 15 minutes and stir fry with dill and green onions after cooked.
5. Plate with 150g of white rice, cucumbers, or whatever vegetable you'd like to top it off with!
