Required Proof of Onward Travel to Another Country -No One Way Tickets -Teaching English Abroad

Some people travel to foreign countries that require proof of follow on travel. They don't know exactly when they're leaving, want to travel long term, or first want to check out a country where they plan to teach English without committing fully to an ESL contract. Some countries will allow you to print a bus pass (an example would be arriving in BKK with a bus pass printed showing a future trip to Malaysia) which is cheaper than dealing with a follow on air ticket you're not necessarily planning to use. In this video, I'm not offering advice, but merely thinking out loud about how a person could hypothetically produce proof of follow on travel without actually paying for it or getting stuck not being allowed into the country upon arrival. I do not recommend you implement this strategy nor do I recommend you implement the hidden city strategem which which can save you a ton of money by not checking any bags and hopping off at the layover stop. Many airlines specifically forbid the process although it's not technically illegal. Someone I know once did this and got to Panama for about a third of the regular price and also got from San Francisco to Hong Kong for $250, but it's not fair to the corporations, so keep that in mind.
