Myself (Irvin Felix John), Dejan Stipke (Serbian Beast), Scott Bernard (Scott Burnhard Bernard) and Bam Baam performed this routine at Tompkins Square park in New York City. 5 MD stands for 5 Minute Drill. This 5 minute workout consist of
50 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
The goal is to complete this in 5 minutes of less. You can switch it up and try different exercises and try to perform it in the allotted time.
