mix all together and let it sit for 10 mins.
(batter)

1 bag rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1 1 /3 cup sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
3 cup water for mixture
1 can or 14 oz coconut milk
food colors and some oil for muffin pans
