Toasted Fig Leaf Maple Syrup Banana Ice Cream

I got to use my new favorite kitchen gadget, the @NinjaKitchenUS Ninja™ CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker!

I dreamt up this recipe with what we have in the kitchen and inspired by the Toasted Fig Leaf ice cream Chef Donald with fig leaves from our old house a few years ago. Hope you enjoy!

I am extremely happy with how well this turned out considering this is our very first try on the Ninja CREAMi. The texture of the ice cream was smooth and the flavor was well balanced in my opinion. I am looking forward to eat a few more scoops!

Toasted Fig Leaf Maple Syrup Banana Ice Cream

1/2 cup Heavy Whipped Cream
1/2 cup Whole milk
1/4 cup Maple syrup
Pinch of pink salt
2 Ripe bananas
2-3 Fig leaves
