2018 Chiltepin Pepper Pruning – Tempe, Arizona

This short video shows how I do the yearly heavy pruning after each winter on my chiltepin pepper (Capsicum annuum var. glabriusculum) plant. This amazing pepper is native to the Sonoran region and is usually harvested in the wild. With proper care and microclimate, you can grow one of your own and harvest delicious chiltepin peppers for years to come.
