SJ06FNX far too close a pass

Loads of people passed me on this wide 30 (used to be a 40) road in Edinburgh, Colinton Road giving me plenty of room. This guy close passed me and when I tried to confront him, just kept driving. No reaction from him or his passengers. i suspect they may not have spoken English.
