Yoga For Beginners In Tamil (யோகா ஆரம்ப நிலை பயிற்சி) - Forward Bending (அமர்ந்த நிலை பயிற்சி)

Forward Bending (Sitting Position) -
This yogic exercise helps you stretch and relax legs and back muscles. Sit erect with the left leg fully stretched. Bend the right knee keeping the right sole touching the inside of the left thigh. Bend forward exhaling and touch the left knee with the tip of the nose without bending the knee. Come up inhaling. Bend and stay for sometime breathing normally. Repeat the same with the right knee fully stretched. Open the legs as much wide as possible. Place the arms on the thighs. Bend forward exhaling sliding the palms forward and touch the floor with the tip of the nose without bending the knees. Come up inhaling. Bend and stay for some time breathing normally.
Benefits :
Stretches the hamstrings on the back of the legs.
Stretches and lengthens the entire spine.
Massages the internal organs, especially the digestive organs.
Relieves digestive problems such as constipation.
Relieves problems with sciatica.
Invigorates the nervous system.
