World Class Land Terminal in Metro Manila: Under Construction
Commonly known as the Common Station, is an under-construction, rapid transit terminal and transport hub that will connect Line 1, Line 3, the southern terminus of the under construction MRT Line 7, and in the future, the Line 9 of (Metro Manila Subway). It is located at the corner of Edsa and North Avenue, between SM north Edsa and Ayala Mall Trinoma.

As an anchor, it will pull together the project’s major components: a 609-room business hotel, a condominium, two office towers for the robust BPO industry, and a retail podium with 54,700 square meters of leasable space for a full mall experience.
Taguig Integrated Terminal Exchange Project, or (ITX), (formerly known as South Terminal of the Integrated Transport System,) is a project that will be constructed within a site area of 4.7 hectares, is an intermodal transport terminal currently under construction in Arca South, Taguig. It is primarily a bus terminal that will connect passengers coming from the Laguna/Batangas side to other transport systems such as the future North-South Commuter Railway project (currently the Philippine National Railways), city bus, taxi, and other public utility vehicles that are serving the inner Metro Manila.
Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange, (PTIX), formerly called as Southwest Integrated Transport System, is the first integrated and multi-modal terminal in Parañaque, Southwest Metro Manila, is one of the intermodal terminals to be developed by the government in cooperation with the private sector. P Tex is built and operated by Megawide Construction Corporation and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) under the Philippine government's Public-Private Partnership program.
