Netflix's newest reality dating show #LoveisBlind has been a huge hit, and in addition to it being fantastic television, there is so much we can learn from the relationships shown. We fell in love with #CameronHamilton and #LaurenSpeed as they fell in love with each other, however, we also witnessed Lauren's doubts, anxieties and uncertainties about walking down the isle and marrying Cameron.

Is anxiety after getting engaged normal? Is it normal to feel unsure about getting married? Is doubt about getting married normal? The answer to all of those questions is YES! In this video, I explore how engagement anxiety and/or pre marriage anxiety is not only normal, but why doubt can be a good thing! I discuss why doubt doesn't mean don't, and why uncertainty about getting married is NORMAL, and is not at all a sign that you are making a mistake or have chosen the wrong person. Anxiety about getting married or even a fear of getting married is extremely common and something many of us feel, but are scared to admit.
