For those of us who have felt stuck in a toxic relationship before, these are questions we can certainly relate to. Breaking free from a toxic person and being able to move on when you're still in love is much easier said than done, and it can be very difficult to know when to let go. However, breaking free from a toxic relationship is certainly possible once you are willing to be radically honest about the stories you are telling yourself, such as hoping your toxic partner will change or believing that they have the potential to be better than they are. In this video, I discuss how to move past a toxic relationship and how to move on from someone you love deeply. Although it may not be possible to stop loving a toxic person, what and who you choose to permit into your life is entirely within your control.
