|| THIS EPISODE ||

We find the most amazing camping spot on the edge of the Badlands at Nomad View Dispersed Camping that we saw on Campendium. We get set up in time for an insane light show from a storm blowing across the other side of the Badlands.

Our friends, Jason and Karen and their daughter with @ouradventuringlife, who we met in Alaska end up parking next to us, and we all explore the area together.

We tour the Minute Man Missile Visitor Center and then check out Badlands National Park driving the Badlands Loop Drive. We stop to check out the National Park Visitor Center and take a couple hikes around the loop. The drive is totally doable with an RV and the parking lots are huge!

When in the Badlands, you have to stop at Wall Drug for donuts and 5 cent coffee as well as the free ice water! We walk through all the stores and get to learn more about the history of Wall Drug which is a true entrepreneurial success story.

Corey and Jason make their way down to the bottom of the canyon from our campsites and find dinosaur bones, fossils and a snake or two!

We wrap up our time in the Badlands and plan to caravan with our friends through more of South Dakota!
