Weight Loss Yoga (Day 9) - Sun / Moon Energy Gratitude - Yin / Yang Minimal Cue

With the sun representing Yang and the Moon, Yin ☯️ let's nurture those energies within. Using strength and flexibility built from earlier practices, Day 9 looks to stretch, strengthen, and invigorate the whole body via Sun and Moon Salutations.

Focus Areas of Practice:
✨️ Balancing Opposing Forces - Yin / Yang 🌙☀️
✨️ Full Body Tone - Abs, Glutes, Legs, Hips, Arms
✨️ Strength, Flexibility, & Mobility for Spine
✨️ Deep Stretch for Full Body

Using a slower, more Yin style of yoga that draws on extended breathing and longer pose holds, this sequence allows muscles and joints to better relax into each movement, while at the same time, helping calm the mind.

Please note the Weight Loss Yoga series (aside from Day 4 - Hips) is Minimal Cue. Therefore, beginners may prefer to check out the 'Beginners Yoga Essentials' playlist on this channel, or practice at a pace that is most suited to you - listening to your own body and mind.
