Self Care Yoga After Hard Work - Beginner Inclusive Tension Release

How's your back feeling? Shoulders? Neck? Have you had a hard day's work filled with repetitive movements, heavy lifting, or sitting / standing for long periods? 😴 If so, don't sweat it! This relatively short and relaxing Self Care Yoga Stretch is designed to tackle those problem areas where we tend to carry pain and tension in the body (and mind).

Suitable for beginners and all levels of ability, this class takes care of the following:

✨ Neck, Shoulders, Arms
✨ Legs, Feet, & Hips
✨ Mind & Emotions

Having trained as a yoga teacher in both Nepal and the UK, the emphasis is on fusing Eastern traditions with Western adaptations to suit a range of bodies and minds. ☯️ Therefore, most of what you'll see here is beginner-friendly - focusing less on physical perfection (and the pursuit of stereotypes) and more on developing awareness of subtle aspects of existence.
