FULL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT FOR WEIGHT LOSS - Tone, strengthen and burn fat with this full length kettlebell workout packed full of kettlebell exercises to burn fat and blast calories.
You'll need a variety of weighted Kettlebells to complete this total body kettlebell HIIT. I used 1 x 8kg Kettlebell and 1 x 12kg Kettlebell but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
Complete 3 Rounds of each of the following kettlebell full body fat loss circuits. 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest. Have 30 seconds to 1 minute rest between circuits
