WORKOUT DETAILS:
➡️ Duration: 21 Minutes
➡️ Intensity: Sweaty 💧
➡️ I am using dumbbells 1.5 kg/each
➡️ 30 Sec Work, 30 Sec Walk
➡️ With Warm up
➡️ You'd be burning an average of 100 - 200 calories depending on your weight, body composition and exercise intensity.
I suggest doing at least 5 min stretching after this workout.
