As highly requested here is my new video 12 Min Toned Arms & Chest Workout w/ Dumbbells.
Tone your arms, shoulders and chest in just 12 min.
I am using 1.5 kg dumbbells, if you don't have dumbbells you can use water bottles.
The workout has 5 min warm-up + 7 exercises 45 sec each w/12-sec rest, which are the following:
1. Shoulder press
2. Shoulder raises
3. Bicep curl
4. Triceps kickbacks
5. Pull up your pants
6. Front extensions
7. Bicep curl + Shoulder press
Warm-up 00:00 - 5:04
Weights 6:06 - 12:56
