Voodoo & Witchcraft | Beelitz Heilstätten, Berlin

This is maybe the Creepiest Place on Earth... This scary abandoned building looked a little weird from the outside, but as I wandered closer towards it, I saw a voodoo doll, that just happened to be hanging out from one of the upstairs window... I suddenly felt the sense to leave, but I couldn't leave, as I'd only just arrived.

This spooky abandoned building was a former Surgical building, (or Chirurgiegebäude in German) and belongs to a larger hospital complex known as Beelitz-Heilstätten, but these days there's a darker practice that's taking place.

Originally built as a tuberculosis sanatorium this massive complex was converted into a military hospital during World War I. Adolph Hitler was treated at this hospital in October of 1916 for a leg wound received from British shelling during the Battle of Somme.Honecker was also a former patient during this Hospitals war-time history.

I don't know about voodoo, but there was a strange energy that surrounded the whole building.
