The first hour is closely based on the original version. The frequencies range from theta (4hz) to very low beta (14hz); these are conductive to a mindset which absorbs and retains information during the study period.

The second half of this study aid contains a similar step sequence which also ends at low beta, but this time begins at 9hz instead of 4, rising slowly by 1hz every 10 mins or so. There is a short 5 minute segment of pink noise half way through the audio. You can either continue studying through this, or take a short break.
