I recommend playing this through your laptop speakers...though you may wish to try headphones to see which way you prefer. You could maybe alternate between the two. Can be played by itself, or combined with other sounds. (i.e. 50% music / 50% study aid)

A study aid to keep your mind focused during study. Targeted towards those with attention deficit disorder / attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (though anyone may find it beneficial). Experiment with the volume; it does not have to be that loud!

This audio features a monaural beat at a rate of 14hz (low beta), with occasional spindles (peaks) at 40hz (gamma). The audio changes in some form or another every 10 minutes so...the changes are subtle, but the idea was to create a little variation.
