Bums & Tums WORKOUT | 20 Minutes | Booty Band | Strong & Toned Glutes, Core & Abs

The areas that people are forever trying to tone are the glutes and abs. This workout will fire up all areas of the glutes and abdominal areas, whilst also getting the quads, hamstrings and core muscles involved.

We work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds, moving through 20 different movements, trying to push to failure each time. That way the muscles will build back stronger and more toned.

I suggest following along with a booty band but the routine can be done without one as well - you'll still be toning and strengthening the right muscles.

This bums and tums workout will get you fitter, more toned and slimmer in no time. Follow it 2-3 times per week to see the best results.

📍LOCATION: Galaxidi, Greece
⏱️ TIME: 20 minutes
🏋️ EQUIPMENT: a booty band (can be done without though)
💪 ROUTINE: 40 secs work / 20 secs rest
