Killer HIIT Full Body WORKOUT | 24 Minutes | No Equipment | Bodyweight Strength Training
In this 24-minute high intensity interval class we move through 24 different exercises, working for 45 seconds and resting for only 15 seconds. In just a short space of time we'll be keeping the heart rate up, burning calories and fat, improving your stamina and strength, and helping to relieve any stress or pent-up tension.
We will be working the whole body, sometimes focussing on a particular muscle group and at other times doing an exercise that is more mobility based. At the end of the workout your body will feel pumped and energised, and hopefully you'll have broken a sweat!
Try to stay with the routine but take a rest when you need and modify any positions to suit your strength and ability at the moment.
I suggest coming back to this workout regularly to get that whole body experience and to see how your strength and stamina have improved.
