3 Things You SHOULD KNOW About Working in Italy

Did you know all of these?🤨Share below ⬇️

3 Things to know about working in Italy. Andiamo!

1) Business attire is different. While many places around the world require slacks, collared shirts, or suits in the office, Italy's dress code is more relaxed. Unless there's a specific uniform, jeans, polo shirts, and even sneakers are allowed in the workplace!

2) Commutes are short. In places like the US, driving 30-60 minutes to get to work is common. In Italy, that's nearly unheard of! Most people live within 20 minutes of their job.

3) "Vacation time" is a right. No matter what work contract you have, Italian laws guarantee 4 weeks of paid vacation time you can use during the year. That's in addition to the 30 to sometimes 180 sick days most jobs offer!
