BaduanJin Qigong posture #2 Pulling the Bow
This is the 2th tutorial covering exercise #2 of the Baduan Jin at beginners level. Once again note, that there are many different versions of the Baduan Jin set. Maybe Ill do a short video on explaining how it comes to that in the future. Aynway, this video is designed to quickly run you through the most important aspects of the second movement and it's structural aspects.
