Sitting - Optimizing Posture And Balancing Tension - Daily Movement Nuggets

In this daily movement nugget I share some simple things everyone can do to optimize their sitting. It's not a big deal if we just sti for an hour or so, but it can become an issue when we are talking about 8 hours a day 5 days a week for many years. This video gives a quick overview of some possibilities to make long periodes of sitting bit more endurable.
Here is a quick outline:
- sitting down and standing up ... optimized related head and neck posture in a nutshell
- orientation of your seating to support spinal health long term!

- moving the hip joints opening closing left and right and rolling the hip
- the one thing to do before stretching the upper body in sitting
