In this video April shares with you a decadent drinkable dessert recipe, a S'more Martini! This is rich, creamy, and indulgent cocktail, the perfect ending to a date night or Valentine's Day dinner.

Makes 2 Martinis

Ingredients

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 1/2 cup Vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup Marshmallow Vodka
2 tbls Creme de Cacao
1/2 cup milk or half and half

Melt the chocolate chips and cream in a bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave. Spread onto a plate and dip the rims of the glasses on the chocolate. Spread the graham cracker crumbs on another plate and then dip the chocolate rims in the crumbs.

In a blender, blend the ice cream, creme de cacao, marshmallow vodka, and milk. Pour the mixture evenly into the 2 glasses and enjoy!
