In this video, April demonstrates how to make a basic vinaigrette. It is so simple to make a quick salad dressing without the preservatives, extra sugar, and salt. This vinaigrette can be made with any type of vinegar you prefer!

Enough for 4 tossed side salads

Ingredients:

1) 1 Tbls Vinegar
2) 1 tsp Honey or Agave Nectar
3) 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
4) Pinch of Salt and Pepper
5) 2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

1) Whisk together all ingredients except oil
2) Slowly whisk in oil until combined, toss with salad
