Recette pour 15 petits gâteaux

- 1 jaune d'oeuf
- 20 g d'huile de tournesol

* Farce
- 100 g d'haricot mango décortiqués +300 ml d'eau
- 100 ml d'eau
- 50 g de sucre en pondre
- 1 peu de vanille
- 20 g 'dhuile de tournesol + 2 cuillères à soupe de farine de riz gluant

Cuisson 10 min à 180° et ensuite 6 min à 180°
