This Barracuda Catch and Cook will show you that Barracuda are not a trash fish. We went spearfishing in the Outer Banks and were very surprised at how high quality the meat is off of Barracuda. There's a reason why some cultures consider Barracuda a delicacy and this video will show you why! Not to mention they put up an amazing fight and are on par with King Mackerel!

▬▬▬▬▬▬ BARRACUDA RECIPE ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

For the Batter:
Flour
2 Eggs
Paprika
Garlic Salt
Everglades Seasoning
Little Bit of Lime Juice

Soak the fish fillets in the Batter and then cover with bread crumbs

Heat pan or griddle to 375 with plenty of oil to cover fish

Allow Fish to Cook Evenly on both sides
