Fall fishing is the best time of year for saltwater fishing- no question! When that water temp gets from 75F-65F that is PRIME TIME for fish catching. Topwater, Popping Corks, Live Bait, it don't matter these fish are all in bulking season and they are just trying to eat whatever they can.
