We went bridge fishing for striped bass (striper) and did a rockfish catch and cook - cooking the whole striper! This recipe was AH-MAZING. But striped bass love structure like rocks and bridges - so in this vid - we show how to catch striper on bridges.

Technique:

I normally don't use my electronics as a "fish-finder" but in this instance I used the fish finder to locate bait and fish marks. These striped bass like water that could be deeper than 30 ft + so having marks of where the fish are in the water column helps

Cast the jig out - let it sink, and slow steady retrieve back. Or you can add a few jigs for extra action.

Recipe:

Clean the fish properly (watch the vid)

Add these seasonings:
Olive Oil
Oregano
Basil
Garlic
Pepper
Lemon

Bake on 400F for about 15 minutes
