Portland protests: White House blames "rhetoric of the left" for undermining the justice system

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany provided a media briefing Friday afternoon where she took aim at Democrats including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler over their response to the protests in Portland, saying their "rhetoric" was undermining the justice system.

She also discussed the latest on the negotiations for the COVID-19 Phase 4 stimulus package saying that those are still "ongoing."

McEnany also discussed the closure of the Chinese consulate in Houston saying it was done to protect U.S. Intellectual Property and citizens' private information.
