8. Duck Walks (x2)
9. Seated sprints (x2)

This is a very intense HIIT workout. Do what you can. Go at your own pace. As a beginner try 1 round of everything instead of 2 as it can be very intense. Try better your performance each time till you are able to complete the video with me
