Ingredients:
- 2 Apples
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 8 tbsp cooking oil
- 6 eggs (room temperature)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp baking powder

For the filling (optional):
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
