Rugby League Pre-Season Conditioning - Week 1

In this series Nathan Duguid (@takesdogoodphysio) takes you through the first week of our Preseason Program for Rugby League Athletes.

The riskiest time for injury is the beginning of the season - because of a lack of conditioning and the sudden increase in demand.

Nathan Duguid, Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach has designed this 6 week program to get you from zero to hero (or at least get you fitter than you are now 😉). Get started now - do the sessions, and let us know how you go.
