Spiced Nuts Recipe
Hi Guys, Happy New Year! I’m sure most of us had a lot of delicious and fattening snacks over the holidays. I don’t want to jump straight to eating raw carrots and celery. So, I’m going to make you a healthy and hearty snack. Here I have pecans, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, red chili powder or cayenne, cumin powder, ground cinnamon and sugar. First, heat the oil in a pan and add the nuts. Make sure the heat is low to medium because nuts can burn quickly. Stir for a few minutes until the nuts are toasted. You’ll smell them when they’re ready. Turn the heat off and add the spice mixture. Mix really well and let the nuts cool down. Transfer to a serving bowl. These pecans are buttery and rich in vitamins and antioxidants. They give you energy and taste absolutely delicious. Hope you try this quick recipe and I’ll see you next time.
