What CAPITOL HILL Looks Like Today | SEATTLE

Since Covid 19 hit Seattle and I've been working from home and haven't been as active, one of the habits I've gotten into is walking. I try to walk everyday and for at least 30 minutes a day. While I mostly walk around my own neighborhood I've also been exploring other Seattle neighborhoods as well.

Early this morning, I decided to go for a walk around Capitol Hill and do some exploring. Capitol Hill is the neighborhood where the majority of Black Lives Matter protests have been taking place in Seattle. Blocks of this neighborhood have been barricaded and renamed Autonomy Zone and the police station has been boarded up. Quite the site to behold, definitely a moment in time in Seattle.
