HOW TO CHANGE THE WAY YOU THINK - 3 Concepts That I Use - A Journey Into STOICISM + COFFEE

Over the past few years, I have been trying to figure out how to improve my life. From reading books on Stoicism, solitary long runs, and drinking obnoxiously large amounts of coffee, I finally started to change the way I think. And to be honest, I think that is one of life's main goals. To explore thought and decide on the life you want to play in society. The concepts are pretty simple but when actually applied and put into action they can be pretty powerful. I really enjoy seeing people grow and succeed so depending on the feedback from this video I will try and implement more like this. I may dive into some of the books and other things that I am using to help me during this journey to open my coffee shop and roastery.

Major concepts I have been pondering:
1. Managing my mindset.
2. Realizing that Suffering, Fear, Doubt, and being Scared are normal.
3. The destination matters but the process matters more!
