"Discovering the Anaerobic Process of Coffee" Pablo Vasquez - Guatemala- (Episode 4)

Pablo was such a cool dude to speak with and I learned a ton about Guatemala during our conversation. For me, it was one country I did not know that much about. Very enlightening conversation to say the least. From being a lawyer, playing rugby, working at coffee shops, to roasting and processing coffee Pablo has lived a life! He specializes in unique coffee processes such as the Anaerobic Process and others.

Our first conversation before ever hopping on the podcast was about following a path you love and work you enjoy. That conversation was very inspiring and I look forward to pursuing my dream into coffee deeper and following in his footsteps so to speak.
