HURRICANE IDA - The Aftermath - (Vlog 18) - “We Are Blessed”

Hurricane Ida passed over last night and we were super blessed. The house was creaking and making crazy sounds. The tin was banging and the pressures inside where fluctuating enough to pull the doors shut and push them open.

Waking up I feared the worst. But with a few trees down and minor building damage we discovered just how lucky and blessed we are. Neighbors were no so lucky and the surrounding roads have trees down all over. Power lines are down pretty much everywhere and power is expected to be out for a couple weeks.

Most importantly the family is intact. We are truly blessed we only got the damage we did. Now it’s time to rebuild, help, and extend a hand and resources out to those who are in need! It’s time to clean, rebuild, and grow.
