My new Taekwondo-only channel! I am a 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and I compete in Sparring- I love doing high kicks, and weapons (nunchucks & bo staff). 2 years ago, I tore two ligaments in my ankle. I kept competing for those 2 years until I absolutely couldn't. This year, I finally had the much-needed ankle surgery. I can't wait to get back on the competition floor and am determined to go back in stronger than before!
